Booking for Before or After School Care could be a:

1) Permanent Booking - This type of booking means your child attends Waitara BASC based on a weekly schedule.

2) Casual Booking - This type of booking is for parents who need before and after school care occasionally. At Waitara BASC, most places are permanent and there is no guarantee that a casual place will be available. Parents can telephone or visit the Centre in advance to check for availability of a place.

Booking for vacation care programme is currently closed. If you are visiting this page for vacation care, please call us on 9489 3506 or email waitarabasc@gmail.com to confirm availability. A late booking fee applies.

Booking form is out one month prior to the start of vacation care programme (usually week 7 of the term). Once the booking opens, we inform our parent community by sending a push notification through school. Booking remains open for 3 weeks.
